Job Description

Summary: The Recruiting Associate will be responsible for performing high volume full cycle recruiting to support the business needs of Bell Techlogix. Essential Functions: Perform high-volume full cycle recruiting to support staffing needs of Bell Techlogix. Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements. Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals, and developing meaningful contacts. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills. Other duties as assigned. Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience: PG in relevant field 1+ years experience in Human Resources and / or recruiting. Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and working in different operating systems. Experience interviewing via phone, Teams, and in-person. Accuracy and attention to detail essential. Abilities & Skills: Must be able to multitask. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have effective interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team. Conditions of Employment: Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screen. Additional Comments
