Talent Acquisition Coordinator (3 - Month contract)

Job Description

Based in India Guragon, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters across multiple time zones. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) by maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages. Conduct initial resume screening and coordinate pre-employment assessments as needed. Assist in offer letter preparation and pre-onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires. Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency. Handle other administrative tasks related to recruitment as assigned. Your Profile Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working on matrix, international and diverse environment Experience with using a diverse set of ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, Kenexa and other sourcing channels Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines, including high-volume environment Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
