Role & responsibilities Developing and implementing effective employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent and meet the organization's hiring needs. Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities Liaison with the customer on hiring needs and prepare forecasts. Responsible for managing ongoing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through smooth deliveries, growing existing accounts by building rapport with customer. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional organizations to expand the candidate pool. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.). Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring strategies. Manager the recruitment team and train and mentor resources within the team Analyse and prepare various recruitment/delivery metrics data as per Business/Management needs. Partnering with leaders within the org to track ongoing hiring needs of business. Resource utilization and Manpower planning Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts Manage leaders within the recruitment department, ensuring career progression and growth, holding quarterly reviews with recruiters and talent acquisition specialists and managers. Manage the department budget and complete financial forecasts for the department. Streamline the recruitment process to improve efficiency and candidate experience., Implement technology solutions to automate and simplify recruitment tasks. Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the talent acquisition function. Education and Experience l Bachelors degree or above from a commercial, business, or HR-related discipline. l At least 10 to 15 years of progressive relevant experience in Recruitment Consulting Firms, the Technology services sector, or Startups. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Head or similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent. l At least 5 years of Team Management experience in Talent Acquisition l Ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment goals. l Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools for managing the recruitment process. l Proficient in the use of social media, job boards, and Head Hunt top talents l Must possess a strong understanding of technology and the IT Industry l Strong experience in Selling Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills (English). l Prociency with Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) l Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. l Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and passive candidates. l Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
