Associate Talent Acquisition with 1 year of experience who can handle fresher hiring end-to-end

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fresher recruitment drives (walk-ins, internship programs).
  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for freshers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
  • Be the point of contact for freshers in the office, guiding them with processes, policies, and queries.
  • Support HR team in engagement activities for freshers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple fresher hiring requirements and coordinate in-office activities.
