Job Description

Associate Talent Acquisition with 1 year of experience who can handle fresher hiring end-to-end

Key Responsibilities

Manage fresher recruitment drives (walk-ins, internship programs).
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for freshers.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
Be the point of contact for freshers in the office, guiding them with processes, policies, and queries.
Support HR team in engagement activities for freshers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple fresher hiring requirements and coordinate in-office activities.
