Job Description

As a Junior TA Executive/Trainee, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. Your responsibilities include posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. You will also assist in coordinating recruitment events and improving recruitment processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in human resources and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system. Support recruitment events and career fairs. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
