About The Role

We at

CoolBoots Media

are looking for a driven and enthusiastic

Talent Acquisition Associate

to join our HR team. This role primarily focuses on

bulk hiring for sales roles

across our business units and will also involve

lateral hiring

for other key positions from time to time. The right candidate should be energetic, people-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Drive end-to-end recruitment for sales and other roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks.
Coordinate and manage walk-in drives, bulk hiring, and campus recruitment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to close positions on time.
Maintain hiring dashboards and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in recruitment, especially sales or volume hiring.
Strong sourcing and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and multitasking ability.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
Positive, energetic, and a team player.
