Job Description

Lead and oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end data integration and ETL solutions using Talend . Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Talend developers, ensuring high standards of coding, testing, and deployment practices. Develop and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Lead code reviews and ensure that the team follows best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and efficient data solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues across different systems. Ensure adherence to data governance and security best practices throughout the data integration lifecycle. Manage and monitor Talend jobs and processes to ensure continuous and smooth data operations. Contribute to the enhancement of existing Talend frameworks, components, and processes. Stay current with the latest trends and updates in Talend and related technologies. Provide regular progress reports and project updates to management and stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in data integration, ETL processes, and working with Talend technologies. Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration (DI) , Talend Data Quality (DQ) , and Talend Cloud . Strong understanding of data architecture , data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Proficient in programming languages such as Java , SQL , and scripting languages for data transformation. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and working with cloud-native data services. Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus. Strong knowledge of data security and governance best practices. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a technical team. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
