Role Description We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales, international trading, and import–export . The ideal candidate will drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships across global markets. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who understands commodity trading, market dynamics, pricing structures, and international trade documentation — and can confidently represent our expanding portfolio across food products, minerals, chemicals, gums, and wellness categories . Apart from this we are also expanding into Furniture Hardware and Tiles Sanitary so an experience in this sector is also appreciated. Qualifications 7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, commodity trading, import–export, or international business development. Strong understanding of export documentation , incoterms, shipping processes, and trade compliance. Experience in selling commodities, food products, grains, minerals, gums, chemicals, or related categories is preferred. Experience in tiles, sanitary and furniture hardware will be an added advantage. A strong network within trading communities, FMCG buyers, distributors, or international importers is an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or similar fields is preferred but not mandatory Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify leads through platforms like LinkedIn, TradeWheel, IndiaMART, Alibaba , and other B2B networks. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across domestic and international markets. Conduct market research to understand product demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities. Build strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and channel partners. Handle negotiation, pricing, enquiries, quotation preparation, and finalization of deals. Travel across regions (within India and internationally) for client meetings, due diligence, and deal closures . Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. Maintain accurate sales reports, follow-ups, and CRM updates. Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client presentations. Skills Required Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong lead generation capabilities & hands-on experience in global B2B platforms. Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Strong relationship-building and client management skills. A quick learner who can study our expanded portfolio of products for sales. Resilience, discipline, and a target-driven mindset. Ability to travel as required for business development. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, CRM tools, and online trade portals.
