We are looking for a smart, confident, and tech-friendly Client Acquisition Manager who can independently handle the full sales cycle for our digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for managing all incoming leads, qualifying them, presenting solutions, sending proposals, closing deals, and ensuring smooth onboarding. This role requires a combination of strong communication, sales psychology, digital marketing understanding, and CRM discipline. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Handling & Qualification Respond instantly to all inquiries (website, WhatsApp, IG, FB, GMB, emails). Call new leads immediately (speed-to-lead). Ask qualifying questions (budget, goals, timeline, business size). Update and manage CRM properly. 2. Sales Meetings & Strategy Sessions Conduct discovery calls and understand client pain points. Explain SEO, Google Ads, GMB, and websites in simple business language. Identify the right service package for the client's needs. 3. Sending Quotes & Proposals Prepare customized pricing proposals. Present proposals on Zoom/Google Meet. Follow up professionally until closed. Negotiate terms and handle objections. 4. Closing Deals Hit monthly revenue and sales goals. Convert warm leads into paying clients. Maintain a high close rate. 5. Onboarding New Clients Conduct onboarding call after deal closure. Collect all assets (business info, access, branding, etc.) Coordinate with SEO/Ads/Web teams to pass the project details. Skills & Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Very strong communication and relationship-building. Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality. Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GMB, and websites (training provided). CRM experience (HubSpot, GHL, Zoho, Pipedrive). Comfortable with video calls and presentations. Must be disciplined in follow-ups and documentation.
