Tableau/ Power BI Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tableau/Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and data modeling , with a strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into meaningful insights for business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI . Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to build efficient data models. Optimize SQL queries and ensure performance tuning for large datasets. Implement best practices in data visualization and report design. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools and data sources. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to integrate and improve data pipelines. Stay updated with the latest BI trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Tableau and Power BI development . Strong proficiency in SQL and database management (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling in Power BI. Knowledge of Tableau Server/Power BI Service for report publishing and sharing. Experience in integrating multiple data sources (APIs, cloud databases, flat files, etc.). Familiarity with ETL tools and data transformation techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python/R for data analytics . Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud . Familiarity with other BI tools like Looker, QlikView, or MicroStrategy . Certification in Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
