Job Description

Role Requirements

Primary Skill:
Tableau (strong hands-on development experience)
Secondary Skills (preferred):
SQL (ability to understand data models and write queries)
Power BI (for migration purposes)
Insurance domain experience (good to have, not mandatory)

Candidate Expectations

Strong individual contributors (IC) with 5+ years of experience.
Ability to create complex dashboards (features like drill-downs, blending, LODs).
Should be able to think on their feet and provide client-facing suggestions.
Experience in data quality testing and end-to-end dashboard ownership.
Must be able to validate their work before UAT (internal checklist/testing).

Soft Skills & Other Requirements

Excellent communication skills; client-facing role.
Stability preferred; avoid frequent job changes.
Location: Delhi NCR (Noida/Gurgaon acceptable).
