Key Responsibilities: 1.Dashboard Development: o Design and create visually appealing and interactive Tableau dashboards and reports. Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations. 2.Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. o Perform data validation and ensure data quality and accuracy. 3.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver insights that drive decision-making. Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau functionalities and best practices. 4. Data Management: Connect to various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services. Optimize data extraction and transformation processes to enhance performance. 5.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends. Propose and implement enhancements to existing dashboards and reporting processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data visualization and analysis using Tableau. o Proven experience in creating complex and dynamic Tableau dashboards. o Experience with SQL and database management. Skills: Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Preferred: Experience with other data visualization tools like Power BI or QlikView. Certification in Tableau (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate).
