Key Responsibilities Data Visualization Development : Develop, design, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and analytics to support business decision-making Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Tableau Integration and Optimization : Integrate Tableau with various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and Optimize Tableau dashboards focusing on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization. Testing and Troubleshooting : Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting of Tableau solutions to ensure data integrity and performance. Technical Support and Training : Provide technical support and training to end-users on Tableau usage and best practices. Stakeholder and Project Management : Present analytical findings to different audience groups, translate technical project details into understandable language for management and non-technical stakeholders, and provide evidence-backed recommendations. Manage complex stakeholder requests, maintain project trackers, and ensure timely delivery of visualization projects Skillsets required: Experience : 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in data visualization, with a strong background in BI development, particularly with Tableau. Technical Proficiency : Advanced wireframe development skills, proficiency in SQL, and experience with data integration from multiple sources. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and portray data to tell compelling stories. Communication Skills : Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Good business writing skills, both written and oral. Project and Stakeholder Management Skill : Proven ability to manage projects within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm. Microsoft Office : Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
