Tableau Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualization. Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Optimize Tableau performance and scalability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Tableau dashboards and data sources. Qualifications: Candidates from all the branches of B.E/B.Tech are eligible. Candidate are allowed a maximum of one-year gap in education (after 10th standard till completion of graduation). Candidate must be Indian citizens. Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a need for obtaining a work visa. All other foreign nationals require work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India(OCI) or Person of India Origin(PIO) card to work in India. Candidates who have worked with us before (if any) must disclose the details to the company HR. Proven experience as a Tableau Developer with at least 5 years of experience. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep. Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). Familiarity with data modeling concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications such as Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or Tableau Server Certified Professional are a plus. Strong experience on Design, Development, Unit Testing of the DataStage code.
