Tableau Business Intelligence

In this role at our Gurgaon, India office, you will join our team as a Tableau Developer with 3 to 4+ years of IT experience in Tableau design and development. Your responsibilities will include delivering analytic and canned reports, creating high-impact analytics, maintaining Tableau reports, and presenting solutions to the business based on user feedback. Your expertise in data visualization, SQL reporting, and Tableau platform technologies will be essential for designing and implementing advanced BI visualizations. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver analytic and canned reports as a Tableau Developer - Create high-impact analytics such as heat maps and KPIs for informed decision-making - Maintain Tableau reports, work on enhancements, and create new reports based on business needs - Present Tableau solutions to the business and modify them based on user feedback - Develop Tableau reports that provide easy-to-understand patterns, visuals, and KPIs - Share knowledge and build capabilities within the team - Use custom SQL for complex data pulls and create SQL views and queries - Design proof of concept solutions using Tableau platform technologies - Provide technical oversight of Tableau Server infrastructure for performance tuning in a high availability environment - Apply data warehousing concepts and relational and dimensional data modeling concepts Qualifications Required: - 3 to 4+ years of IT experience in Tableau design and development - 2 to 3+ years of experience delivering analytic and canned reports as a Tableau Developer - General development skills in data visualization and reporting - Ability to create Tableau reports with optimal technical methods and aesthetic organization - Familiarity with AWS Redshift and open source tools is an added advantage - Knowledge of SQL reporting, including creating SQL views and queries As a valued team member, we look for qualities such as adaptability, intuitive brilliance, empathy, superior communication skills, and willingness to work in a startup environment.
