Talent Acquisition Intern

Role & responsibilities

Assist the TA team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for logistics, supply chain, and other business functions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
Leverage domain knowledge to evaluate candidate resumes for relevant skills (e.g., warehouse operations, procurement, inventory management, etc.).
Manage candidate databases and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support employer branding activities, campus hiring drives, and recruitment campaigns.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and communication templates.
Analyze hiring trends and provide insights on supply chain talent availability and market behavior.

Preferred candidate profile

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in
Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
.
Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
Good understanding of logistics and supply chain functions (e.g., transportation, warehousing, inventory planning).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
