Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Lucknow for an Experienced Fashion Designer. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating unique designs aligned with brand identity, overseeing the design process from ideation to final production, and ensuring all pieces adhere to quality standards. Daily tasks will include trend research, selecting fabrics, sketching designs, collaborating with production teams, and presenting collections to stakeholders. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to bring innovative fashion concepts to life. Qualifications Strong design skills in sketching, fashion illustration, and fabric selection. Knowledge of fashion trends, color theory, and garment construction techniques. Experience in pattern making, textile design, and working with production teams. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design or a related discipline. Strong communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset. Passion for innovation and sustainability in fashion design is a plus.
