We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a civil engineering background to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, and a proven track record of successful project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects , including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout. Develop and manage project budgets , schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements and specifications are met. Supervise and mentor on-site teams , including superintendents, foremen, and laborers. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations , quality standards, and environmental requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, detailing progress, budget status, and any deviations from the plan. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and change orders . Manage contract administration and negotiation with vendors and subcontractors. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction industry. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
