Good knowledge around Process designs and Personas of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Modules. Strong configuration skills around SuccessFactors Compensation Management and Variable Pay. Deep Knowledge of Core HR, Compensation Management practices and processes Global and Regional Compensation management process knowledge. Expertise in understanding the data flow across the different SuccessFactors modules and integration with third-party systems (eg : ADP, Benefit provider etc ) Actively participated in Design, Playback and UAT workshops. Supported the Data Migration workstream including key activities around Data Templates preparation, transformation, validation, and Data load. Good Communication and Team Player. Understands requirements gathering and setting expectations with Business and Product stakeholders. Also demonstrates personal accountability for keeping delivery on track. Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business. Knowledge in Success factor APIs and integrating data to external clouds such as GCP. Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development.
