Systems Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at Medline India, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to meet business requirements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) domain. You will work closely with the business community to analyze functional requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure high-quality system implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the business community to perform functional analysis and design solutions, which may include new program development, system configuration, business process redesign, or evaluation of new systems. - Develop expertise in data collected and processed by the WMS and labor management system (LMS) to provide IT support for addressing issues and enhancements. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for support teams on critical production issues, translating business requirements into system requirements. - Make software configuration changes to support business processes, considering data sensitivity and process control for security and user authorization impacts. - Create business requirement documents (BRD) and business system designs (BSD) while adhering to departmental documentation standards. - Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality system implementations and work closely with developers throughout the development process. Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Developer in a Complex Integrated Multi-component systems landscape. - Experience in Warehouse Management processes/systems and proficiency in SDLC lifecycle processes. - Strong understanding of Object-oriented software programming, database management systems, and PL/SQL for query development. - Exposure to analyzing interfaces, middleware, integration systems, APIs, and microservice-based architecture. - Strong organization and leadership skills to collaborate with varied technology groups and ensure successful enhancements. - High learning ability to quickly grasp new business, functional, and systems processes. - Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven track record of working effectively with onsite business and technical team members. Preferable Skills: - Exposure to WMS Systems like Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM. - Familiarity with Agile Methodology and working in Squads. - Basic knowledge of Java, PL SQL, and ABAP.,
