Systems Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for eliciting business requirements for project initiatives using Agile methodology, troubleshooting reported issues in the Dispatch and Work Order Management streams, prioritizing investigations with vendor teams, identifying areas of impact to systems for new initiatives, partnering with vendors/Business to resolve defects, implementing/coordinating mitigation when required, and contributing to the team's repository of How to documents.
