About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Assistant Manager – System & Network Administrator to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable system and network operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and overall IT infrastructure
• Oversee daily system and network operations, ensuring maximum uptime and performance
• Lead IT support activities and guide team members when needed
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization environments
• Ensure data security through regular updates, backups, and security protocols
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements proactively
• Support IT projects, upgrades, and new technology deployments
• Maintain documentation for all systems, configurations, and processes
• Collaborate with internal departments to address technical needs and enhance IT efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system and network administration
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, server management, and IT security
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, VPNs, cloud services, and virtualization tools
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, Network+, Security+) are an added advantage
