Job Description

What would you be required to do? Ensure that the IT Helpdesk tickets are monitored, resolved and closed in line with the agreed KPIs described within the IT SLA document. Ensure that the working processes are executed in line with the agreed standards and workflows (such as user creation (starter & leaver process), adjustments required in relation to end-users configurations) etc. Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes and other physical hardware Installing and configuring infra equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues Monitoring computer systems to improve system performance Communicating networking issues to other employees and management Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems Contribute to ensuring effective corporate governance, risk management and internal controls Identify opportunities for automation, and assist with the development of automation systems to address those opportunities. Manage users using Windows Enterprise server operating systems, in combination with Active Directory User Management Proven technical IT support experience, that will enable you to work on a day-to-day basis Ensuring effective corporate governance like Inventory, Vendor & Stakeholder management for internal controls What are we looking for? Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, flexible approach and enthusiastic manner Good administration, planning and organisational skills (prioritise & work to deadlines) BCA, Diploma in computer engineer, B.tech, BSC IT of 5 years experience individual role.
