System Assurance Test Analyst

As a System Assurance Test Analyst at our new shared capability centre (HSCC) in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of test strategies and plans, with a primary focus on the Workday HR system and other functional requirements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the testing team and management to execute various types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Additionally, you will participate in unit testing within Technology systems and work closely with HR and IT teams to document, prioritize, and track defects and issues identified during testing for timely resolution. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring Workday's compliance with data security and privacy regulations through periodic security testing. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed test reports, maintaining comprehensive documentation for audit and reference purposes, and identifying opportunities for process improvements within testing methodologies to optimize HR system performance. Furthermore, you will design, maintain, and execute Workday test automation scripts using available tools, with exposure to Workday automation tools considered a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans, focusing on the Workday HR system and functional requirements. - Collaborate with the testing team and management to execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Participate in unit testing within Technology systems as directed. - Work with HR and IT teams to document, prioritize, and track defects and issues identified during testing, ensuring timely resolution and retesting. - Contribute to ensuring Workday's compliance with data security and privacy regulations, potentially participating in periodic security testing. - Prepare detailed test reports, including status updates, defect tracking, and test coverage analysis. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit and reference purposes. - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within testing methodologies, tools, and workflows to optimize HR system performance. - Design, maintain, and execute Workday test automation scripts using available tools (e.g., Workday Automation Framework or 3rd-party tools), where applicable. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Prior experience in system assurance testing, preferably with exposure to HR systems and Workday. - Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Exposure to Workday automation tools is a plus.,
