System Administrator/Technical Support/Customer Support

At Terrasparq, we specialize in delivering reliable IT infrastructure and support services to our clients. We’re seeking a Technical Support System Administrator who can maintain systems, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and security, and apply patches or updates as needed.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues via remote desktop or on-site support.
• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in system administration or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,423.87 - ₹40,000.00 per month
