Job Description

Job Skills: Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic Knowledge of IT Systems: Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, networking concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and fix hardware/software issues. Decent Communication Skills: Ability to assist users and document technical processes. Willingness to Learn: A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies. Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/ Linux/macOS). Support network setup, troubleshooting, and security maintenance under senior guidance. Help monitor server performance, system logs, and backups to ensure uptime.Provide technical support to employees, resolving basic hardware and software issues. Learn and assist with cloud services, virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices. Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Stay updated with emerging IT trends, security threats, and best practices. Note: Full-time position: Conversion to a full-time role will be based on educational qualifications and job performance feedback.
