Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS Helpdesk/Technical Support: Provide first-level support for Windows OS, MAC, Google Workspace, Office 365, antivirus software, and endpoint tools. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve technical problems, and provide guidance to end-users. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other IT peripherals Networking Support: Assist with basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and other networking equipment. Assist in setting up LAN/WAN connections, ensuring proper connectivity, and resolving network-related issues. Collaborate with network service providers to maintain a reliable and secure network infrastructure. Systems Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular audits of IT systems, ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry standards. Evaluate and recommend new systems and software solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate software migrations, data migrations, and provide support during the transition process. Operations Management: Oversee the delivery and setup of new laptops for employees, ensuring proper configuration and installation of necessary software. Manage office landline services, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with service providers.
