Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor network and system performance, run diagnostic tests, and apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure optimal performance and stability.
Security & Compliance: Implement and manage security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, user access controls, and data protection measures to prevent threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Perform regular data backups and develop and test disaster recovery and data retrieval procedures to ensure business continuity.
User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting (Tier 2/3) for escalated hardware, software, and network issues, as well as onboarding/offboarding employees and providing training on new systems.
