System Administrator

About the Role

Executive - System Administration & IT: You will be responsible for managing and supporting our on-premises IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will work closely with other departments to deliver seamless and efficient IT services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage on-premises IT infrastructure, including servers, laptops, computers, storage systems, and network devices (routers, switches, access points).
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot office internet connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, and LAN/WAN environments to ensure seamless and secure access.
• Maintain firewalls and VPN setups to ensure secure remote and internal access.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, uptime, and reliability for business-critical applications. Perform system backups and manage disaster recovery plans.
• Deploy and manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure best practices in IT security — patching, updates, and vulnerability scans.
• Collaborate across departments on IT projects and new implementations.
• Maintain technical documentation: network diagrams, configuration records, and SOPs.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving technologies and recommend upgrades or optimizations.

Education & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Admin or similar role in managing on-premises IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with storage systems and backup solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
