Role Description- This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator - L1 at Managed IT Hub in Chandigarh. The System Administrator - L1 will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and network administration. They will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and security of our clients' IT Infrastructure. Qualifications- System Administration, Network Administration, and Information Technology skills Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems Experience in maintaining and supporting network systems Knowledge of security best practices and protocols Effective communication and problem-solving skills Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Knowledge of PSA and RMM tools like Autotask,Syncro,Datto,Kaseya will be an added advantage Show more Show less
