Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime. Implement security measures to protect systems from cybersecurity threats. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Maintain data backups and disaster recovery plans. Ensure system updates, patches, and routine maintenance are performed. Work closely with IT teams to deploy new applications and technologies. Provide technical support and training to employees. Document system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software solutions.
