Job Description

Role & responsibilities Install and configure software and hardware Manage network servers and technology tools Set up accounts and workstations Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements Troubleshoot issues and outages Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls Upgrade systems with new releases and models KRA: Good Knowledge on Server and Client Architecture (Work Group and Domain Systems) Windows OS (2008, 2012, 2016 & 2019) Windows Servers Patching Process including Windows Cluster. Hands-on with (WSUS, GPO and SCCM) Hardware Knowledge on Blade Servers, ILO and iDRAC Hand on Experience on Exchange Server version (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) including DAG environment. Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management Experience and Knowledge in Office365 Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms Preferred candidate profile Education : Any Graduate/Diploma in Computer Specialization
