Mange Windows and Linux servers with good troubleshooting skills Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Hands on knowledge on scripting and automation Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, Antivirus AV knowledge and hands on experience on DLP solutions (Must) Hands on experience on backup solutions like Backup Exec, Azure Backup, etc. Good knowledge of SAN and NAS Drive Ability to manage Microsoft O365 services like Exchange, SharePoint, Teams , Azure AD Sync etc. Troubleshoot physical server issues using iDrac/iLO/Xclarity. Should have knowledge of Network switches L2, L3 Network Configuration Hands-on experience on monitoring software like Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, etc.. Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems of IT operation and IT Infrastructure Ability to work independently as well as with a team Ability to prepare and maintain documentation of Project related work.
