Job Description

Install, configure and maintain Windows/Linux systems. Manage and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Provide L1/L2 technical support to users. Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, WiFi, routers, switches, and firewalls. Manage user accounts in Active Directory (AD) and email systems. Handle software installation, updates, and patch management. Ensure regular backup and restore processes. Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively. Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and AMC tracking. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle IT support tickets efficiently.
