SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Role Overview: As a System Administrator at Kitopi, you will play a senior role in maintaining, upgrading, and managing the software, hardware, and networks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with product launches, setting up and maintaining hardware and network infrastructure, rolling out Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and providing technical support to ensure smooth operations. Your goal will be to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently while communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and users. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with product launches and provide technical support for necessary operations within Kitopi - Set up and maintain hardware and network infrastructure in multiple locations, with knowledge of Fortinet network appliances - Roll out Microsoft Dynamics ERP and other systems implementation plan across all kitchens and offices - Implement and train staff on new products and features - Support data analysts with validation checks, including Looker dashboards - Document user manuals on process flows and new requirements after coordinating with teams on new features - Ensure daily adherence to all processes - Troubleshoot system issues and escalate them to support teams when necessary - Maintain internal and external SLAs, internal knowledge base, and IT asset database - Establish relationships with local AMC companies Qualifications Required: - Lean or Six-Sigma Certification / Agile preferred - Strong knowledge of SaaS/Cloud systems, with a general understanding of operation systems such as POS, ERP, and CRM systems - Knowledge of various operating systems and platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics ERP System - Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus - Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role Additional Company Details: N/A,
