System Admin - Assistant Manager

We are hiring for System Admin - Assistant Manager

Location: Bangalore

ctc upto 8 lakhs per annum

Provide L1 and L2 support for IT infrastructure, applications, and end-users.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, networks, and applications.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Implement system security policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.

Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including firewalls, antivirus, VPNs, and cloud services.

Provide technical support and resolve IT-related queries for internal teams.

Document system configurations, processes, and updates.

Collaborate with vendors and IT support partners when required.

Maintaining the company software

Maintain backups, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation abilities.
