Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers and managing identity, access, and backup systems to ensure secure and reliable IT operations in a telecom broadband fiber environment.

What will your job look like?

Key Responsibilities

Server Management:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and related infrastructure.
Apply patches and updates to ensure system stability and security.
Identity & Access Control:
Implement and manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
Enforce role-based access controls and compliance with telecom security standards.
Backup & Recovery:
Schedule regular backups and test disaster recovery plans.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Help Desk Support:
Provide Level 2 support for escalated issues from desktop operations.
Troubleshoot server-related problems and assist with application deployments.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor server performance, storage, and security logs.
Prepare reports on uptime, backup status, and incident resolution.

All you need is...

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications: MCSA/MCSE, ITIL Foundation (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in system administration and help desk support.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems and compliance standards.
