Area Key Responsibilities Maximize Profitability: Accountable for the branch's overall profit and loss (P&L). Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the branch budget, analyse financial data, and implement strategies to control expenses and maximize revenue. Reporting: Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports (MIS) to senior management. Sales Operations Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed established sales targets for new and used vehicles. * Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing and inventory management. Lead Management: Oversee the lead conversion process and ensure high closing rates. Customer Retention: Ensure the service department operates efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Revenue Generation: Drive service and parts sales promotions to meet set targets and maximize fixed operations profitability. Warranty & Compliance: Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures. Customer Relations Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI): Strive for high CSI and Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Complaint Resolution: Serve as the final escalation point for major customer complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution. * Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers and the local community. Team Leadership & HR * Staff Management: Manage, lead, coach, and motivate the entire branch team (Sales, Service, Admin, etc.). Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development to improve team performance and efficiency. * Recruitment: Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and performance review processes. Compliance & Administration Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all branch operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable local laws (e.g., labour laws, safety/OSHA). Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels for vehicles and parts to optimize turnover and minimize holding costs. Security: Ensure the security and proper maintenance of the branch assets and premises.
