Synapse Circle addresses challenges faced by government doctors through structured learning and professional development initiatives. Additionally, it offers specialized platforms such as Synapse Sprints for NEET PG preparation, Brittle for doctor-exclusive products, and Safe Circle for confidential online consultations. These initiatives aim to empower doctors through learning, creativity, and care. Role Overview We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Digital Marketer to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across our community, webinars, and online courses. You’ll work closely with the content and product teams to bring our mission “Consistency can outperform talent” to life across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, and YouTube. Set up, track, and analyse conversion funnels for webinar registrations, quiz sign-ups, and course enrolments. Run retargeting and lookalike campaigns based on community data. 2. Content & Social Media Marketing Work with the creative team to plan and post engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and email campaigns. Manage weekly content calendar aligned with ongoing campaigns (e.g., webinar series, sprint challenges). Engage with the doctor community in comments, DMs, and discussion threads. 3. Analytics & Performance Tracking Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager to measure performance. Prepare weekly reports on ad performance, email CTRs, sign-ups, and ROI. Suggest data-backed improvements to landing pages and content strategy. 4. SEO & Growth Conduct keyword research for medical education, NEET PG, and doctor learning content. Collaborate on blog SEO, backlink building, and on-page optimization. Experiment with new growth channels — WhatsApp, Telegram, or affiliate partnerships. 5.Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in EdTech or healthcare). Strong grasp of Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and basic SEO. Comfortable working with Canva, Google Sheets, and basic analytics dashboards. 6.Soft Skills Self-starter who loves experimenting with new ideas. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Strong analytical thinking — able to turn data into insights.
