Key Responsibilities Teach baby, toddler, child, and adult swim classes using structured lesson plans Incorporate songs, games, and playful teaching techniques to create a positive and engaging learning environment Ensure each child feels comfortable and safe in the water Maintain accurate attendance records for all classes Arrive 30 minutes before class to set up equipment Distribute stickers and candy to students after class as part of our positive reinforcement approach Collect and count all toys immediately after class and log the count to prevent loss Ensure pool equipment and toys are cleaned, stored, and maintained properly Print and bring lesson plans to each class to ensure structured and effective teaching Answer basic parent questions and guide them to email or WhatsApp for further assistance Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor with families and students Follow all pool safety protocols and ensure a safe learning environment Report any issues, concerns, or incidents to the hotel promptly Represent Water Town at community events, including festivals and school water safety programs Promote water safety awareness in the community Requirements Have experience working with children in preschools, education settings, or as a swim instructor Be a teacher who understands the importance of creating a fun and magical learning environment for children Hold a background in child psychology, education, or related fields (preferred) or have hands-on teaching experience Be available to work on weekends and during the peak season from March to September, typically in 3-hour blocks with a break, followed by an evening session Have flexibility to travel within Delhi NCR (Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi), although working at a single location can be considered About Company: Water Town Swim School specializes in swim lessons for children from 4 months to 4 years old.
