The individual will be responsible for conducting sales outreach, identifying and addressing customer needs effectively, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and building relationships with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing client inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service, providing product or service training, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns. The role also involves analyzing market trends to ensure sales strategies align with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and address their needs effectively Proven expertise in Sales, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and experience in negotiating and closing deals Knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns Experience in creating and delivering Training sessions related to products or services Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Previous experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare services is a plus
