As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing vision, build credibility in the B2B sector, and drive qualified leads through modern digital-first strategies. Role Overview We are seeking an energetic, Gen-Z mindset Marketing Manager who can combine creativity with data-driven execution. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with marketing automation, AI tools, and current digital trends while leading a small team to deliver measurable growth. This person must be passionate about sustainability, skilled in building an online brand presence, and experienced in generating B2B leads specifically for manufacturers. Key Responsibilities Brand Building & Online Presence Develop and execute strategies to establish Swaaadle as a trusted solar brand in the B2B space. Manage brand consistency across digital channels (website, LinkedIn, industry platforms, etc.). Create compelling narratives that highlight product innovation, sustainability, and credibility. Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, industry directories, and retargeting). Drive organic traffic growth via SEO, thought leadership content, case studies, and press releases. Utilize marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and track engagement. Lead Generation (B2B Focus) Identify and target decision-makers (architects, builders, resort owners, corporate buyers, distributors). Build structured lead funnels that bring in qualified B2B leads with high conversion potential. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaign-generated leads are nurtured to closure. AI & Data-Driven Marketing Leverage AI tools for copywriting, analytics, market research, and personalized campaigns. Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present insights to management. Stay updated with latest digital trends, AI applications, and competitor activities in renewable energy. Team Management Lead, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team to execute campaigns with excellence. Build processes for content, design, and performance marketing workflows. Ensure continuous upskilling of team members with latest digital tools and AI practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 46 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or manufacturing sector . Proven experience in lead generation, SEO, paid campaigns, and brand management . Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.) . Proficiency in using AI-driven tools for campaign creation, analytics, and content. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Highly energetic, creative, and trend-aware with a Gen-Z mindset . Passion for sustainability, green energy, and renewable technology is a big plus.
