As a Civil/Structural Engineer at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge civil and structural engineering software applications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and produce user-friendly software features adhering to engineering requirements worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle - Write well-designed, testable, efficient code - Ensure designs comply with specifications - Prepare and release software components - Support continuous improvement through exploring new technologies - Operate effectively in a complex, global software development organization under agile Scrum framework **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Structural Engineering with a minimum of 3-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in steel structure design. **Special Knowledge:** - Experience with International Standards & Codes - Proficiency in structural engineering software like STAAD-PRO, R-Stab, etc. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, Inventor, Revit, Navisworks - Familiarity with FEM engineering software - Familiarity with Agile development process and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack - Programming experience and Hands-on experience in software quality assurance is a plus **Functional Expertise:** - Strong background in structural/civil engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas, Power, Manufacturing, or Building Construction Industries - Proficiency in structural analysis - Experience with BIM, Structural Analysis, and Design software - Strong problem-solving, technical analysis, coordination, and communication skills - Good presentation and communication skills - Proactive and customer-oriented mindset - Strong planning, self-organization, and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment with global colleagues At our company, we value diversity and believe it fosters innovation and productivity within our teams.
