Role & responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Oversee industrial relations, maintaining positive relationships between employees, employers, and unions.Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and regulations, including plant-level issues.Develop and implement effective labour welfare programs to improve employee well-being.Provide guidance on manufacturing industry best practices for HR operations.Preferred candidate profile 3-4 years of experience in HR generalist role or related field (plant HR preferred).MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations from a reputed institution.Strong understanding of contract labour management, industrial relations, labour laws, and statutory compliance requirements in the manufacturing sector.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.Perks and benefits
