Follow call scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Update customer information and call details in the system accurately.
Escalate calls or issues to senior teams when necessary.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, a
nd customer satisfaction.
Work in 24/7 rotational shifts as per business needs.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
