Job Title: Suspension Durability Analyst Experience: 6 to 12 Years Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Education: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days Key Skills Hypermesh, Abaqus (Implicit Solver), nCode, Durability Analysis, Suspension System, Nonlinear Analysis, Chassis, Method Development, Test Correlation, CAE, FEA Job Description We are looking for an experienced Suspension Durability Analyst to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have in-depth experience in suspension/chassis durability analysis and must be proficient in tools like Hypermesh, Abaqus, and nCode . Responsibilities: Independently perform suspension durability calculations at component and system levels using Hypermesh, Abaqus, and nCode. Carry out nonlinear static and dynamic analysis using Abaqus (Implicit solver). Interpret simulation results and prepare detailed technical CAE reports . Communicate with clients to provide regular updates, discuss inputs, and review analysis outcomes. Work on test correlation and method development to improve simulation accuracy. Troubleshoot simulation issues including convergence and model setup errors . Contribute to domain knowledge sharing and support team members with best practices in suspension analysis. Desired Candidate Profile: 612 years of relevant CAE experience in the automotive domain , specifically suspension/chassis systems . Strong understanding of durability and fatigue analysis . Hands-on expertise in Hypermesh , Abaqus , and nCode . Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
