Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat for a candidate looking to contribute to the textiles and fashion domain. The role involves working closely with the production and design teams to manage operations, optimize processes, and ensure quality adherence. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and clients, maintaining inventory processes, and contributing to creative design input where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and operational management skills
• Proficiency in communication and networking with clients and stakeholders
• Understanding of textiles, materials, and garment production processes
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced industry demands and a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with the textiles industry in Surat or a similar market
• Proficient in using basic inventory or supply chain management tools
• Any previous experience or internship in textiles or manufacturing will be an added advantage
