We are looking for a young, energetic, and passionate Surveyor / Back Office Executive to join our growing team in Kolkata.
This role is more than just field surveying — it also includes back-office coordination, documentation support, and assisting the claims team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in survey inspections for motor or non-motor insurance claims
• Collect on-site details, take photographs, and prepare preliminary notes
• Support senior surveyors in documentation and claim assessment
• Manage back-office tasks: data entry, report setup, follow-ups, and coordination
• Communicate with customers, workshops, and insurance companies
• Maintain records in the internal system with accuracy

Candidate Profile

• Young, enthusiastic & hardworking
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel within Kolkata when required
• Interest in building a long-term career in the insurance survey field
