Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform layout marking and levelling using Total Station and other survey instruments.
Set out foundations, grids, columns, and structural elements as per drawings.
Maintain accurate measurements and prepare as-built records.
Ensure alignment, levels, and verticality during construction.
Interpret civil/structural drawings and coordinate with site teams.
Maintain survey instruments and ensure timely calibration.

Preferred candidate profile

4 - 6 years of experience in land and building surveying
with strong skills in Total Station, AutoCAD, and levelling instruments.
Must be capable of
accurate layout marking, measurement recording,

interpreting civil drawings and preparing as-built data
.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
.
