Survey Programmer

Job Description

Survey Programmer will be responsible for programming surveys and edits to surveys, to ensure upmost quality standards are met and clients are not exposed to programming errors. They will also be asked to coordinate with quality analysts, data processors, and project managers in managing timelines and responsibilities, ensuring Sago processes are being followed. They will be asked to represent the programming team in discussions with internal teams and clients. They will be expected to help inform processes and set standards for Sago s programming department. Expectations would be to solely manage medium complexity projects solely and high complexity surveys with the support of senior staff, under a heavy workload with high expectations for quality and turnaround time. Must be able to follow processes, and accept constructive feedback on performance. Maintain low error rates on sole work, by paying close attention to detail and accuracy. Must be willing to learn new processes and systems with a positive mindset and eagerness to grow into the role. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing, programming and testing online surveys for market research studies Interaction with internal staff and clients, providing guidance on best practices, project set up and feasibility.
